Alex Voihanski is the Managing Director of JCC Chai Sports. Alex oversees the operations, strategies, and business development of the organization. Alex is also the Delegation Head for Toronto's JCC Maccabi Games Teams. Alex has been involved in the Sports business since 1994, and is still heavily involved in the professional Hockey world. He has often been called upon for media interviews pertaining to Jewish sports and hockey, and is a regular contributor to the CJN.

Alex is former General Manager of ISS Hockey, has worked as a consultant with numerous NHL teams and has served as General Manager for the Gold Medal Maccabi Canada hockey team. He has served in several successful sporting industry stints, including work with NBA Canada, Toronto Blue Jays and Trans-Global Sports Agency. He has served on the board of the Israel Ice Hockey Federation since 1998.

He graduated from York University with a major in Political Science and Nova Southeastern University with an MBA in Sports Management. He also holds a post-graduate degree in Sports Marketing from George Brown College.
